Systems Integration Engineer

Purpose:The Systems Integration Engineer’s mission is to play the role of, specifying, quoting, developing and integrating application oriented solutions (Applied Product) for Aldinger Company.

Activities and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities shall include:

Primary Duties:

  • Lead project development specialist for our Integrated Systems group responsible for writing, testing and documenting software to meet functional requirement specifications of our Integrated Solutions projects. A critical measure of this duty is meeting project and task due dates, delivering work that is free of errors and omissions, and completing the work within the budgeted time for the project.
  • Working with our Account Managers or Systems Sales personnel in the development of functional requirement specifications and estimates for projects including consulting with customers to determine system hardware, networking, software and data requirements.
  • Responsible for all operational aspects of developing, testing, documenting and implementation of our Integrated Systems projects.

Additional Duties:

  • All duties related to the maintenance, service, repair, installation and training of systems and equipment owned by or sold to our customers.
  • Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining positive relationships with key customer and vender contacts as well as any other contact important to the success of Aldinger.
  • Learning and staying in-tune with our core competencies and capabilities.
  • Learning and becoming an expert in the technical aspects and capabilities of our products and services.
  • Learning about and keeping abreast of the trends and technologies related to the solutions we offer and markets we serve.
  • Attend training meetings or other conferences offered by us, our vendors or others.
  • And other duties, as assigned, from time to time.

Skill Sets Required:

  • A full understanding of programing languages (C & C++, LUA).
  • A thorough understanding of systems integration and the individual technical pieces that they consist of.
  • A focus on high quality outcomes and business profitability.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency.
  • The ability to think creatively, take initiative, multitask and manage projects under pressure.

Repair Technician

Overall Responsibilities

Responsible for the quality and timely repairs of weighing equipment on-site. Communication with customers throughout the repair process. Assist other repair personnel as needed.

Essential Duties

  • Troubleshoot/diagnose problem and order parts to complete repair.
  • Perform calibration and qualification testing in within a 17025 accredited quality system.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by Repair management as required.

Education / Experience

Mechanical/electrical knowledge a plus. Prior field service preferred. Entry level position.

Service Coordinator

Duties will include:

  • Technician scheduling and dispatching
  • Acquiring purchase orders or securing payments for services rendered
  • Prepare quotes for services provided
  • Contract review

You will need to be proficient with computer operation and applications. We need a professional self-starter and fast learner with fantastic communication skills. We will teach you the rest. The 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday position includes salary, medical benefits, 401k, paid vacation, etc.
